Information you provide

When you send an inquiry, we collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, event or session information, and message. Please do not send payment card numbers or sensitive personal information in the form.

How we use it

We use those details to reply, discuss a potential photography assignment, prepare a quote, and keep records of business correspondence. Submitting an inquiry does not create a reservation or contract. We do not sell inquiry contact details or add you to marketing newsletters without permission.

Where submissions go

When this website is hosted using Netlify Forms, form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify on our behalf. We can view them through our Netlify account and can set up email notifications. If you contact us directly by email or through Gmail, your chosen email provider processes that message. The website uses Google Fonts, which may involve your browser connecting to Google's font services.

Retention and requests

We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to manage inquiries, related business records and any legal requirements. To request access to or deletion of your inquiry information, email crosscurrentwildlife@gmail.com. Certain records may need to be retained where required by law.

Tracking and payments

This version of the site does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, online checkout, or online payment collection. The website hosting provider may process basic technical information required to operate and protect the site.
