COVERAGE OPTIONS
THREE STARTING POINTS.
ONE QUALITY STANDARD.
Each tournament quote is built around the director's actual event. Every level includes a media boat and the same standard of professional photography and editing. What changes is the coverage time, agreed edited-image minimum, prints, and scope of planning.
BRONZE
Typically about two hours of targeted on-water coverage, with a modest agreed set of edited images. Built for a focused event need.
SILVER
Additional hours, angler opportunities and deliverables based on the event schedule. We agree on the shot priorities during a call.
GOLD
Eight full on-water coverage hours, with a written minimum of edited photographs and included prints set for that event. Travel and launch preparation are separate from coverage time.
On-water coverage starts at $650. Final pricing and image/print commitments are customized in writing. Cross Current retains copyright for standard packages and, with the event's permission and applicable individual rights, may offer photographs and prints directly to participating anglers at every tier. A copyright buyout or exclusivity is a separate negotiation. On-water assignments remain subject to commercial operating readiness, event access and safe conditions.

01 / BEFORE THE EVENT
BUILD THE SHOT LIST
Identify the event schedule, priority subjects, sponsor needs, access requirements, and image usage.
02 / ON THE WATER
WORK INDEPENDENTLY
Photograph multiple anglers from a separate vessel while giving competitors room to fish. Assignment updates can be coordinated by an agreed communication method when permitted.
03 / AFTER THE EVENT
DELIVER THE WORK
Provide the edited images and any separately purchased angler photographs or prints according to the contract.

Tell us the event date, lake, format, approximate field size, and the people or sponsors you want featured. We will discuss availability and build a written quote for the actual coverage requested.
WHAT THE WRITTEN QUOTE WILL COVER
- Coverage hours, event areas, and priority anglers or sponsors
- Estimated edited image deliverables and agreed delivery timing
- Event and sponsor image-use permissions
- Travel, prints, and any individually requested angler coverage as separate items when applicable
- Independent angler photo and print sales, gallery/QR permissions, and organizer image-use rights
On-water work is not yet available for confirmed booking. It will depend on event approval, required permissions, appropriate commercial insurance, boat readiness, weather, and final written terms. No specific catch or individual angler photo can be guaranteed.
